Hi, I am Akshay Atam. I am an AI and ML Engineer who builds scalable, production-ready machine learning systems with a strong focus on agentic AI workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, explainability, and responsible AI development.

I currently work at Perfect Solutions Group Inc. where I design ML pipelines, automate forecasting and analytics for ERP and CRM systems, and improve deployment workflows through CI/CD and cloud-native engineering. Earlier, I volunteered at Bright Mind, where I led data automation efforts that increased operational accuracy and reduced manual effort across more than fifty teams.

I hold a Master of Science in Machine Learning from Stevens Institute of Technology. My recent work includes graph-based churn modeling, SHAP-based explainability, large-scale RAG indexing, and distributed data processing. Across every project, my goal is to create AI systems that are transparent, reliable, and aligned with human benefit.
